It happened to an iPhone user here (or several) and the response from glu has typically been to blame it on iTunes, and has suggested to these users to request a refund from iTunes, which inevitably goes nowhere. I feel sorry for the people who have spent hard-earned money on a glu game, only to get ripped off. Something needs to change.
