Need help!!!!!

This game has frozen in thebeginning while checking for updates. Second time, I uninstalled(lost all my progress) and reinstalled ( where ive purchased a great expensive rifle) and it wont load now. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S4 with Jelly bean 4.2.2. So I know it can handle this game plus I played it for 4 days... funny that its frozen after I got that region 4 update though...hmmmm I wonder.
