Update problems???

I have connected on three different wireless networks over the past two days. It seems that the upload is stuck or stalled somehow? I have a new an ipad Air. Any suggestions or help would be appreciated!

    Have you shut device off and turned it back on? Sorry if you have and that is useless, that is only suggestion I have.

    It worked! Thank you! The thought of shutting it down never occurred to me as I have not shut this iPad down since I got it last December. Thanks again!

    You are welcome, glad it worked. It is good to shut it down periodically for it to operate correctly.
