You and me both! We are waiting for Amazon's "review team" to approve it, when they do we should see it. According to Amazon when a update is released for android it could take up to 10 days to review and release it from Amazon's team. Keep in mind that they are in Seattle Wa. I believe it went live on android last Wednesday.

I FEEL SCREWED ON THIS!!!!!
Would be nice to to hear back from admin on this issue!!

Read the post above again. Admin can't do anything. The Amazon review team has to approve the update before it is released for the kindle. The same thing happened for the Apple update for this game.

I've said this before, root the device and put vanilla Android on it. You can download the game from the Google Play Store then, instead of having to wait for Amazon.

I don't know, sounds to risky, so I'll quit my belly aching and do some paint-by-numbers. I'm on stand-by mode for work right now,just be nice to have this update,read a lot of threads,just eager to play.

The Amazon schedule does not happen at the same intervals as the other platforms. We don't have a schedule for a Kindle update at this time.

No use moaning here, it's Amazon you need to be having words with. The Kindle is Android based, but they have their own App Store and don't let you have access to the Google Play Store that released the update over a week ago.

Sometimes it takes a little while to propagate through the store. We just got confirmation that it should be appearing everywhere now. If anyone was having trouble finding it on Kindle, it should be available now.
