In the past it's taken about a month for a new region to come out. Glu was speeding up the process, but then the "bugs for Android" issue comes up, so who knows??? Hope the bugs didn't holster region 10 for too long.
Bug for android was fixed real quick, at least event one was. Bug that affected iOS lost temple release took way longer and still didn't disrupt the sped up schedule. Anyone's guess at this point, sure it will be within a few weeks for sure.
