ATTN: GLU....Please unlock pistol series

I have both pistols fully upgraded and can't play the 2 pistol series. I completed them both the night before the glitch on Android. With the update the weapons are there but both pistol series have check marks on them. I can't complete in order to earn the region 10 weapons. Basically I need them opened up so I can complete and earn the weapons and platinum eagles. Not sure if I need to submit a ticket of not. Any advice would be much appreciated!

    I submitted a ticket. Only way to get it fixed hopefully.

    Yeah this is really annoying. I've submitted a ticket and tried starting a forum post but I guess the only option is to wait. ****** annoying if we miss out on the weapons.
