Region 9 Zombie Hunt

It appears I'm done for awhile. I bought the Huntsman pistol for Region 7 zombies. Finished that and went to 9 only to find I need a different pistol yet (Elite) and not enough gold to get it. Any way to get it or play Reg 9 Zombies without it?

    No. You have to have the Region 9 Elite pistol. Watch a bunch of videos each day so your gold will accumulate.

    I have the same problem, I have a lot of cash. Any way to convert cash into gold?
