Still no spring outbreak rewards

I completed the events the night they were released, not knowing they were glitched. Now that the guns have been added, the events are locked with the green tick symbol. It's been over a week this is getting ridiculous! I submitted a ticket 5 days ago but had no response still. I thought the update from the play store today would fix it but no, still no weapons. FIX THIS.

    I submitted a ticket on Friday March 28th and still no response.......

    This happened to me too, you have to make sure you are connected to wifi, then kill app from multitask, do a hunt and you should get the gun

    made this several times during a week... no success...
