What's the campaign?

Recently a campaign button appeared in the upper left corner of the home screen. When clicked another large button with lots of glu coins appears and asks you to choose a campaign. When this button is pushed a new screen appears asking for a code. Where do I find a code for this and what is it for?

    That's been a mystery for a long time, I believe it's something old but still hangs around. Or only a certain few know the code.

    Never received any code be a nice easter egg to get some codes for the campaigns

    For android only---I play on an iPad,and notice it on my new android maxx phone(had an iPhone before) when I loaded the game --I thought it had to do with with redeeming android version of an iTunes card,

    I'm hoping a notification will pop up when a campaign opens I'd assumed the code would be a reward for completing something been playing since january and no campaigns so far have opened..
