All my Data was deleted. PLZ HELP DH 2014 MAKERS

Ok, so I wanted to back-up my iPad, you know, so all my data is saved into the computer. Couple days later, my wifi just went CAPUT, and stopped working for me, but it worked for my other siblings. I found out, to fix it, i needed to restore my iPad, and it worked. All my apps were deleted, but I was familiar with syncing, so I wasn't freaking out. I didn't want All my apps back, just a couple that i really needed, DH 2014 was one of them. When i opened the game, EVERYTHING was DELETED. I dont get it, when i re-downloaded bakery story, all the data was saved. I got pretty mad because I had a bow, and lots of guns, with upgrades. PLEASE HELP ME. I dont know why this happened.
