New User on Device, App doesn't allow purchase

Hi Glu Admin,

The App was purchased with a different Apple ID, i have taken over the iPad and played on since December using my wife Id to make purchases. Now my Account details changed and i cant make In App purchases.

It gives a block that say i must purchase the App but the iPad and App Store only say OPEN!!!

Please assist as i don't want to lose my progress and want to continue [/U]

    Good question and I'm interested in the answer. If you sign into your device with a different Apple ID and use the same app, will you have access to the original app data saved on the device?
    iPhone 4, usually.
