Consumables?

The other day I found a consumables offer, where you could buy animal calls, energy drinks, batteries and hollow points for hunter bucks.
Today I couldn't find the consumables offer. Does that offer come and go? I wanted to purchase some so I could bounty up.

    I haven seen that offer in awhile,so it must only be around for a short time
