Level 9 - A rifle with 14 max zoom is required - HELP?

  If you don't have any gold, and don't want to spend real money, buy the level 9 rhoman or the westin spur.

  I am using the PHC Model E100.
  
  I only have 24 gold. but I have 506,740 dollars.

  Yes, The Rohman K.R. can be upgraded to x60

  first of all you can usually use that 16x zoom far as I know 14 is just a minimum... 2nd of all when you go to the upgrade view of your weapon you can go back an upgrade level by clicking the arrow next to where it shows "level 7" in the top right
