apparently the new update favor my wife over me

on samsung s4, my wife's android, the update works fine but my note3? no update, every time when it says: checking for updates, nil, nope, no updates, still old game, no new game, weird, maybe I should wait for the next update

    The upgrades don't favor anyone. Some devices get the updates at different times.

    My wife's device: Samsung Galaxy S4

    My device: Samsung Galaxy Note3

    Both on Android system so what's the big difference?

    The kindle is also an android system and they haven't got the update yet either. Have you ever missed out on an update before?

    And maybe your wife was smart enough to check for an update.

    I'm on a galaxy note 3 and I had to go to my updates on my phone. I think it's in the settings on your phone

    The update was in the Play Store, not OTA. Perhaps she has auto updates turned on?

    These updates didn't load quite as well. A couple restarts were required.

    After upgrade from google play, restart couple of times, this is what I've got: not only new update doesn't appear, I can't even earn free credits after the update! (notice the "0"?)

    And this is what "customer support" means: Basically nothing could be done but to post here on the forum which is what I started in the first place. What a shame!

    Anyone with a solution? I mean, not only it doesn't work, why in the hell my free glu credit section is gone?
