Restoring game progress to new device

Had to replace my phone and was not able to use a backup program on the old phone before switching because the screen was destroyed. I was able to copy the app data and obb files from the old phone.

How do I restore my game progress to the new phone?

    I think your answer is a part of the "changing devices" thread in the "FAQ" section of the forum.
    iPhone 4, usually.

    my cell died last week and I was ****ed cause I thought I lost everything. I get a new phone and I downloaded the game, signed into google and Bang I had everything back :D

    Unless there's a "changing devices" thread I haven't found it is not covered
