North Africa freezes up

in DH 2014 FAQ, Support, and Announcements
I have DH2014 and whenever i play in the region 4 crashes and i have to restart.

My main question is how do i fix bug?

    Please be sure that you're using the latest version of the game, and that you have a stable Internet connection when you download new regions.

    I'm sure that I have latest version of the game. But how can I repair it? Thanks.

    First, exit out of the game entirely.

    Open your Applications menu, select Deer Hunter 2014, and tap on "Clear Cache." (NOT "Clear Data.")

    After that, make sure that you have an active Internet connection, and relaunch the game.

    Mine has never worked... had to skip it. Same with 9. Now 12 too!
