Unlock hide region 1

Hi I have a problem.
I'm play and finish all 12 regions.

Unfortunately I can not unlock the hidden region 1 because according to my DH is missing one of the maps. But when I look at what, it's a shotgun in the region of the third series But I have completed.

Please advice.

    The only way to fix that problem is to submit your ticket to glu...

    submit a ticket directly to the Customer Care Team by sending an email that includes your device information, the game name where you need help and a detailed description of the problem. Please be very specific and provide the step by step information needed to replicate the problem.
