What is going on been getting notifications for ages but haven't been updated! Haven't played in a month cause still waiting for region 11! Had no updates for a while.

I'm playing on an iPad
Have tried getting it to update thru App Store there has been no update for it for over a month! Seems odd...

that does seem odd, aside from submitting a ticket or restarting your phone, internet, app, making sure your iOS is upto date (7.1)... I dont know what else it could be

iOS is all up to date, will try restarting.
Have sent a customer care ticket. Have had this problem before n was told different hemispheres update at different times but this is much longer than last time :-(

Man gutted with glu, sent them a customer care ticket took over a week for them to reply to tell me it must be my internet. Are you Fing serious! It's a game clitch in the time I have waited for them to tell me BS excuse I have downloaded n played dino hunter. Also another game by different makers which has also updated since with no problems!
So annoyed with glu right now. Sucks cause I do enjoy this game but not updating is no freaken fun. It ain't my wifi!

Never had a problem with Glu but they are slipping waiting for region 12 send care ticket waited two weeks for a reply there laim excuse was that I did not finish the trophy hunts in region 11 as if after 11 regions I would not know how to play the game they are slipping badly game is starting to irritate me.i am playing on Android tablet

Wow got region 12 at last was half way thru, then got an update thru App Store now it's freaken disappeared! Bugger now gotta wait weeks for them to reply and most likely give me a bull **** excuse...hmmm such a shame cause I do enjoy this game.

Wait for one more update. You will get a message that says application needs to restart. Then a big payload gets downloaded.
