Didn't receive credits

I purchased 2 apostate credit packs one for 300 and one for 720. Each time I received the confirmation email and while it was processing the game just closed. Now when I log in it sites not show the credits.

    Submit a customer care ticket. There is a sticky note at the top of this page that should help you.
