sight pulls off target

With increasing frequency, my sights are jumping off target ( down and to the right) in Deer Hunter 2014 and Dino Hunter. Any idea if this is endemic to the games or am I doing something to pull the sights off target?

    I had that in the past before on DH14 but it stopped.

    not sure what causes it, I never touched an extra finger to the screen or anything but my view would jump all the way as far right as my guy could see. was very frustrating cause I would be just lining up with my target.
