A lot of money and can't buy and new gun to on

I have like 7 million dollars and plenty and gold bars also a lot of coins and can't use my money to buy the shotgun needed to moving on with in the the challenge hunts,,,, what is up with that!!! I like playing the game but what is up with the gold,,, not money to be able to buy the guns YOU need to be able to play????
