  helps if you mention what platform you are on and also phone if your on android.

  I have the same problem. I reinstalled the game. all is lost. I have a 4s. story in the game center in its place.

  I have been trying to get data from cloud for weeks have submitted ticket no answer tried two different tablets android kit 4.4. When the game starts it says cloud info is different will restart but it does not update after restart

  NOTE: DO NOT UNINSTALL the game....
  if u r an android...just delete some data on app manager or delete gluwallet(copy)
  n then reboot device...relaunch DH/Dino by checking updates on app store...easy....
