sterling infiltrator bow causing game crash

I beat hidden region 3 and it say I own sterling infiltrator but when I go to look at it or use in weapons series in region 10, the game crashes and shuts off.

    I completed region 3 Halloween hunts and new crossbow did not even unlock. I spent real money to buy gold to purchase Halloween guns for all special hunt regions. Did your issue ever get solved??
