gold videos

Both my devices are just recently coming up with this message after looking at videos and just backing out to continue the game. " You do not have a {0} available would you like to purchase {1} and use it immediately?" I then have to terminate the game abnormally since it is locked. Is this just me or is it happening to anyone else?
