cant find a map for hidden region in region 3

can anyone help me...i allready did all rare hunt in region 3, but i cant find a map for hidden region...please help...

    Go to the hidden region and you can see the map pieces. every map piece tells you what you need to complete to get the map piece unlocked. Can't remember excatly but I think you need to complete the bow/crossbow series in region 3 and the rare hunts in region 3 and 4.
