DH 2014, region 3 ???? will not down load

Just finished region 2 and now region 3 starts the download and counted all the way to the end and then it said download failed! This is my 3rd time starting over since the last app update for my I Pad, I have been doing a preload for the new regions on my desktop computer which works great, so far.

When is there going to be a new app update for DH 2014 ?

    I get that sometimes. Make sure you have a very strong WIFI signal and keep trying.

    I have been trying for weeks still no download and no help from CS.
    If you ever get it figured out please post the fix. I know the admin won't.

    iPad v 8.1.2 download is stuck at 29. M .

    iOS really has had no issues. It looks like something on your end.

    1. Check to see if you have all the updates from the App Store.
    2. Try hard-resetting your phone (Home + Power button).
    3. Make sure that you have a strong WIFI connection.

    Got it to download. Used a different wifi. Downloaded the latest update today, no nothing works. Gonna' give up on it. Thanks.

    No, nothing is working since the new update. Region 3 downloaded when I loged on to another wifi. But the the update came out, I downloaded that from the App Store, then nothing. Just brings me back to the home screen.
