Glu Credits Deletion

Hello i am a android player and i have a problem everytime i complete a bounty level up or buy glu credits they get reset back to 39 after i turn my android device off ive lost 300+ credits from this and i have also sent a email and have gotten no response from anyone and its has been a few days since i sent the email.
I also am having a problem i cannot upgrade the stock for the hidden region 4 crossbow

    Stock for the crossbow is missing the upgrade button for me as well. I lose glu credits all the time, no replies to my tickets. I got my moneyback for my glue credits but honestly I'd rather have the glu credits so I could play the autumn hunts. Estimating that I've lost around 500 credits in the last two months
