holiday event

The holiday event icon is not on the bottom of the screen. I have completed some of the events but have no way to claim my guns for the reward. Help! !!!?????

    Go to the Home screen, hit News. You can go to the event from there.

    The news tab says can't contact server. Is there another way to access the holiday tab

    When I hit news all it shows is the next event coming soon. I can't figure out how to claim the new guns after just finishing a holiday event without getting to the event page. Any other options?

    I have the same issue and the Event expires today. I collected everything but the last standard 17 rifle. did you figure out a solution to this?

    I think the holiday event is just pass away...its gone.

    It still has a few hours left to play the event but there is no link to the page to collect the prizes anymore. I finished the last event last night and still couldn't get it.
