Aiming issues

I play via Facebook with Windows 7. The pointer moves much faster than the cross-hairs so therefore the crosshairs end up on the opposite side of the screen than the pointer and i must go off screen in areas to swing pointer around in order to come back in closer to the cross-hairs. I lose hunts all the time due to the extra time it takes to modify my pointer position in configuration with the cross-hairs again. Is there any way to correct this?

Using full screen will eliminate the going off screen problem. Not sure about the speed of pointer. Sounds like a slow connection, or too much junk on computer.
    Drink more beer.
