Downloaded to 27.7 but won't go any further to the 28.8. Anyone else having this problem with an Apple IPad?

    I had that problem on my old iPhone. But now on my new one everything downloads quickly. It might have to do with available memory.

    When I did have the issue I would disconnect from wifi and use my phone without it. It worked like a charm. Then I would hook back up to wifi to play.

    This is good advice. Definitely you have plenty of room on your device.
