Event series for Presidential hunts

I have bought 2 guns and completed the region 3 & the region 14 hunts. To get to the 3rd hunt series ( so I can get the region 17 AR) the game says to complete an event series. I even went to hidden region 5 and did the 80 bow hunts. This did not open the 3rd part of the Presidential hunt. I am trying g to complete one of the rare hunts --but they are endless. Does anyone know how I can get to unlock the " 3rd event series hunts"?.

    Wait until February 13 when it gets unlocked. BTW, the rare hunts in the HR's seem endless, but there is an end. There are probably 80 of them.

    yes you can it is in one of the award boxes after finishing a presidential hunts and you get a lot of silver eagles for later upgrades
