I have just lost all my progress. I was at Level 53, now all is gone. What is going on? Months of playing has just gone the drain...what nonsense. Please sort it out
How can you replace or return what we have before? Total incompetence. You better change your company name or whatever coz im very sure no one will play your games anymore.

i m using laptop, and play on facebook, here is my game user name, 100001407656574. ,, i was on level 54, bus after 3 or 4 hours i open the game but now i m at level 1 ? please fix this problem please,
I don't know if this will help in the future. I play using laptop using win 7. I used to use chrome as my browser and then f/b and consistently lost progress. I now use firefox as my browser and so far so good upto level 74. I am not saying that this is a fix but may be worth trying. Regards
same here but this is the second time this has happened, was Level 55 and now Level 1. Earlier I was level 45 and then Lvl 1. So if you add the Levels I should be Level 100 .... I think Glu has to unlock all weapons and all levels for me thanks to their ineptitude and their **** poor programming when all other Facebook games work fantastically... Think I will not be playing this lousy game any more if they don't do anything about it....

I also lost all game progress! It's obvious by looking at stats I was much farther in the game. I have sent multiple complaints but received no compensation?
There was a temporary outage in the backend drive where players’ progress
was stored. This outage caused some Facebook players to lose their game progress.
We are very sorry for this and have put measures in place to prevent it
from happening in future.

this game sucks. i tried every step i made ticket to team i emailed n asked for support. i tried difrent browser. but no reply or no proper fix to this bug. when ever i try to play this deer huner game on my facebook n when next day i open it all my progress lost every level every achivement everything and the boring game starts from begining. fade up with this head ache

Same here, I was cheated at least 200 glu credits I purchased with real money, submitted tickets but I'm having no reply for a month right now.
I'm gonna give a 1 star review and alert people to avoid spending money with these cheaters.
