Can't find new gun

During play the game was down, and I received a pop up saying a new G H shotgun was awarded to users for their trouble. But I can't find the gun anywhere?

    I got a pop up during the time the game was having issues. Says I was awarded a GH shotgun of some sort. But can't find it anywhere. Pop up said it was awarded for players troubles. Hmmm

    It is a region 1 weapon. Useless for most players.

    Yeah, I was gonna upgrade it and take it for a spin, and then I said to myself, "Nah, why bother".

    Why in the world would they do this? It cost so much to upgrade the 18 rifle that I'm going to have to go back to previous area to try and make another $12,000,000
