Completed Easter event and didn't get my bow

I finished the Scrambler .357 Series and when I killed Roger the screen froze and didn't get to claim the Dixon Permafrost. If I click on the Golden Egg Event tab it shows check marks on all three events. How do I claim my prize?

    Have you clicked on the crates to claim your prizes?

    I did that and it says I have to complete the series. But they're all complete and the dialog box won't appear "to claim my prize'.

    maybe since your screen froze your achievement was not saved ?
