Ok, why was my game reset????

I am on facebook, and am on level 40 and when I went to play I was reset to the begining! What is going on?? I don't want to start over!!

    Unfortunately, this happens on FB quite a lot. I have been reset a few times, but seem to be immune to it for the last year. Wish I had good news for you, but I don’t. Starting over is probably the only way. You could submit a ticket, but you would probably be back at level 40 before you would get a response.
