Can't download region 11.

Hi there,
i've done the registration to this Forum because of a loading issue at Region 11.
For now I can't hunt anything else because all regions till the load of Region 11 are done.
Since Chrome browser doesn't support the game anymore I switched to IE.
Does anyone else have the same issue ???
What to do now?

Maybe it's important for you to know what message is displayed:
Download of the Region failed.
Check Connection and retry. <-- done it several times

After clearing caches as discribed in support page browser (doesn't matter wich one, tested all) still stucks at same point.
Popup shows same as written in first post.
Maybe someone has an other option I could try ...
I've tryed also downloading R11 on a spare Laptop and btw browser is not finishing download.
Might be a prob with the code I think.
