After posting of my open ticket on being out $20 for a failed Google subsription, it just got worse. I just purchased $20 in gold for the level 20 oto. The purchase was confirmed by Google but no gold was credited. No gold no oto...

Since my old ticket has not been responded to, I can't open another. Furious...

    The first failure was on 5/4/15.

    I cleared cache and force stopped the app. My recent purchase was applied but of course the oto is gone. Now I prepare to enter month three on the original ticket.
