Ok I finished the independent event never got 2 and 3 prize what's going on
It is a bug. ....I am assuming you are using an android device. ...it was reported within hours of the original release of the Independence Day hunt over three weeks ago. ...and then again when hunt 3 was unlocked. ....several other threads on here discuss the same issue. ...just glu being the masters of customer support they have made themselves out to be. ....

Good luck ever seeing it! When Region 21 came out it was only 30 million HB so I just gave up and bought it. Buying it is the only way you are ever likely to get it.
