Lost guns and game progress

Im not sure if it was recently or not because i have not played in a while but i decided i would start playing DH2014 again but when i got on i had to completly start from the beginning, this wouldnt bother me too much but i spent 20+ dollars on this game and bought the headsman elite pistol that was limited time and now it is gone i even have screenshots of this pistol fully upgraded is there any way i can get this back? It was like a shotgun pistol and i was incredibly proud of it please consider this. Also i just recently joined to post this so if you need screenshots please include in your post on how to put a screenshot.
