I wrote on here a few days ago, wondering what happened to all levels, money, gold bars, silver coins, plus all the weapons I had, all with numerous updates. In 1 day, I went to level 167 to level 1. 438+ million to 0, 4500 silver bars to 0. I have had no response from glu. I was hoping that they could re-instate me, but guess not. I will not start all over again, I will continue to write on here everyday until they kick me off. Don't trust them, this is not the 1st this has happened. Just look back to Feb 2014, all they said was that they were sorry. No kidding, I know just how sorry they are, this is a bunch of ****!

The forum is basically fellow game players-- not technical support. Glu staff occasionally post in the forums, but it is not common.
There are a bunch of similar posts/threads to yours. For the few that anyone from Glu has responded to, the response has been consistent... They cannot see into your profile on the forum and that a customer care ticket is required. If you have not created a ticket, instructions are at http://ggnbb.glu.com/showthread.php?1699-How-to-create-a-ticket. If you have created a ticket, then you will just have to wait in their queue.
You have also not mentioned what platform you are playing on. Assuming Facebook, since FB players seem to account for over 90% of "lost progress" issues on the forum... iOS and Android seem to be far more stable platforms. At least we do not seem to encounter your issue nearly as often. I have been playing on Facebook since 2013 with no issues whatsoever.
