The Gravekeeper/Headsman Elit

So I noticed one of my favourite limited event weapons, the Headsman Elite, vanished from my pistol list. A little more looking around and I see that it has transformed into the Gravekeeper. Turns out is had not vanished, just moved to the far left of the pistol list rather than nestled as it had been over on the right somewhere...
Not complaining as it has been bumped from R9 (if memory serves) to R19 so I can play with it when I'm bored of the FingerBang (which will be never...)
Anyway a cursory search of these forums turned out nada so I thought I'd start my first ever thread... Sorry if I'm duplicating!
So what's the deal? Did I miss out on an event? Or is this a precursor to the upcoming Halloween event?

I hope they do the same with my other all-time fave, the Kringle!
