region update

this is second time this has happened. using desktop pc, vista w/sp2, firefox . dh 2014, @ lv157, std 25 , amazon ! game wont download the update or any other regions update to continue playing the game. my progress was saved , update this region to continue playing, i received this error msg.: failed to download region! check your connection and try again. , my connection is fine . i have attempted several times to update the region . what can i do ? please help. thanks for your time.
