elite hunts in region 26

Another weird thing with the latest update (other than the payouts in region 31) the elite hunts in region 26 are hardly "elite". Animals do not run super fast and the hunts are "regular".. Another apocalyptic sign of the near end?

    I notice that at elite region 25.

    I try to finish the elite hunts without using consumables, but this one was no challenge at all.
    Amazon Kindle... Playing since December/2014... All Hunts, and Bounties Completed to Standard 32.
