Has anyone seen a special offer on the Dixon Snare crossbow yet? 620 gold or 200 eagles to buy seems a bit rich. I may be patient as I work through this event to conserve hard won resources.

I have it. Done completed both of them and still have about 1000 silver coins left. And have one piece left on the puzzle

If I had to guess, I would say that gary loves to spend is parents money on this game, because if he really got this far in the new region aalready it mustve cost alot of money and I couldnt see anyone being this immature unless their were a spoiled little kid

I didn't see a deal on the Dixon cross bow. I just bought it for 620 gold. I figured I would need the eagles to upgrade the bows.

yea, i never saw a deal, but if there is one it would be at the end of Region 6 bow series, however I bought mine before I was done with it, so I to my nowledge there is no special offer

the snare (pistol) crossbow is just another fine piece of a tool... it's silent, it's powerful, it's fast... not really a bargain though... total of 2861 of them yellow bars for buying (620) and all upgrades (2241)... using just the snare and nothing else on the bow series in 6 and 7 so far. love it.

I am using the Barton Hawk bow to work through region 6 bow hunt. So far, the Hawk bow has not needed additional upgrades from how I finished the Temple hidden region. We will see how far I can get before it starts to cost me more resources. Still looking and hoping for a discount on the Snare crossbow.

Or could be on Android. There are a few exploits on that platform that can net you a lot of gold. I've finished the Thule region already on my Android tablet, but only have a couple of map pieces on my iOS one.

I have 5,217 gold bars and I play on an iphone and I too have not spent money on the gold..... garymckinnon31 I cannot believe you finished all that, that quick. I still need about 3 pieces to the puzzle, I'm trying hard to not spend the gold but its been relatively easy to build up I just might start buying energy refills, but only when I have the time.

Also, I was just thinking, are the bounties the same on android? cause without club hunts, I would think that it would take longer to stack up the kills

Yea, Im about to unlock thule on iPhone.. but I will still have plenty of rare hunts afterwards which I love

Jesus slow down guys. The next series or region 11 won't be out for awhile. Take your time and enjoy the game. I'm not spending any gold to buy energy just to finish the region and then be bored again waiting on the next one. Relax the region ain't going anywhere

I doubt there is a difference in bounties, but........... Any Android users care to confirm?
New bounties on iOS are On Frozen Wheels (kill polar bearsin the isle of thule with a crossbow), Bring it bub (Kill wolverines in Glacial bay with Shot gun), Arrow ****nal (Kill animals with a bow) and Where in the world (Collect map pieces for isle of thule)

I know right? I did that with the last few regions and events. This one I want to take the time to enjoy

I didnt actually mean different bounties, I meant the number of kills in the bounty, like if their body shots bounty was less than 5000 kills for 3 stars

And also I have never bought ennergy in this game, I have only spent gold on guns, never on a part or anything like that

Some people play the game differently. I play fast and no i don't get bored because I'm trying to get a bunch of coins and money which hopefully we can start using it. I still have rare hunts left

Was it just me then that had the glitch on hunt 68 x4 heart shots I shot 3 waited for 4th to attack no organ showing so I died....typical enjoying the faster rate of fire xbows the green lcd display on side of x-bow I had hoped it would show number of bolts left in magazine bit like round counter on alien pulse rifle kinda guttedit doesn't display anything I'm on android and one rare hunt at four hours left didn't open I played contract hunt and it whizzed right on by to next rare hunt 55 hours...other than that no glitches! Like the new high level sniping on thule would like more freedom to move around and trophy hunt still too easy from alfarr description I thought would have to spot amongst a herd but no standing in front and center same as always oh well...
