  I tried it on Region 36 and it happened too. Got my energy bar back after I quit. The timer doesn't work and so you have to quit it. What is your platform? I want to figure out if this is connected to the lower payout on Region 38.

  You have to have purchased a bow. I had the same problem until I purchased a bow for the bow section.
