I'm having the same problem, I have plenty of space but it won't download
Except when my port was ruined on my first IPad, I haven't had to start over.
Lately I have had to re download some regions. It has been weird since I got myself caught up in the game on region 30. I have had the same down load issue, music issues, gun killing issues, among other issues.
If you started over, it may not let you download a region till you reach it legitimately by trophy hunts on ones before them.
Is that the problem? Or it could be your platform you are on.
I have also have trouble with region 20, the Appalachians, after an update all regions up to 35 except 20 downloaded and are fine. Has anyone found a solution? I am using a Kindle Fire HDX.

I have the same problem. I've tried it on two different Kindle Fire TV boxes.
Hey Glu- if we can't get the game to load, we won't be spending any more money. I've already spent plenty and will have to stop playing this game and find another if they don't fix it.
