Elite Series Question

I've completed the Elite Series hunts in standards 3-12, and 15-26 (as well as every other hunt in standards 1-35). I'm not seeing on option for Elite Series hunts in standards 1-2, 13-14, or 26-35. Nor am I seeing Rare Hunts in standards 18-35. Do these hunts exist?

Also, browsing this forum it seems there are regions beyond standard 35 - how do I get to access those if I've already completed all hunts up to that point?

    Did you do the trophy hunts?
    What platform are you playing on?
    There is no Elite on first two regions. There is on 40 and 41.

    Yes, all trophy hunts are complete. I'm on a kindle fire (android).

    Looks like Glu did not update beyond region 35 on kindle and Facebook. We are at region 43...
    Playing on LG G4 (Android)

    Samer is probably right. Just wanted to eliminate other probabilities. Still 3 + weeks to Region 44
