Lost my game progress

At first could not load several game functions and now i have lost all my game progress. I try for tne past 2 days to login and it brings me back to stage 1... did i loose everything because i m not going to start from all over again.

    Looks like u lost all. There is no reprieve in DH classic and no backup system

    I lost my progress when I upgraded my phone I was in region 46.  I went back all the way to region 1.
