Gone 3 YRS need HELP

I'm totally lost, I would pay for weapons, but not 1x use only. What happened to the Multi-level weapons? You can no longer earn gold? What is the coins exactly for? I did spin & won bow pts, etc. How can I use them? I'm lvl 48,but only at site 12(?) Yellow River. Can anyone point me in the right customer service won't.Use to hunt in real life, any other games that are decent LMK . HELP, Ty
