My issue was not resolved. The user on those tickets was Laura Gold farmville_goddess@hotmail.com - I was told that customer service could not help me and to contact Facebook. I know I couldn't get my game progress back but on another account they gave me a special code for coin to get back in the game. Thanks GluAdmin
I was losing gold on a regular basis until I changed how I exited the game. Make sure you back all the way out to the prompt screen that says Would you like to exit? I haven't lost gold since taking this step.
Funny I was told that Glu customer service couldn't help me with gold lost and that it was Facebook's problem to resolve. Felt like I was/am getting the runaround - especially since the ticket originated from November and still has not been resolved
I would submit a ticket and make sure they respond. They closed thousands of tickets saying they believed the issue was resolved - but apparently it is still happening for Facebook users.
REALLY - all the tickets were closed to bring everyone up to speed? That is just insane.. GluAdmin - what do you think players are getting with this warm and fuzzy statement?
I got the same email about so sorry it's been so long - *** - we are closing your ticket........blah blah - very disappointing to say we are doing better - but so sorry for you - I have hardly been playing anymore - did the holiday with my accounts that reset to 35 in FB just because I had the gold - but what now..........
Only a small percentage? It seems like FB is not really supported anymore if users continue to see this loss. It is not acceptable to start over for a second time.
I don't have a smart phone either - but have enjoyed playing on my laptop after playing on the Kindle - I don't have it fed to my TV so making rapid shots is sometimes challenging - I know I should stop playing on FB after all the crashes but the hunting addiction lives on
There is some serious bad stuff happening at back up or lack there of - can't believe players are still losing data - can't believe I am still playing FB - but it is fun - Glu Admin love the game but what the heck?
All I can say is wow - is Glu Admin watching this forum at all. I had a ticket with customer support 11/26 with no response - something needs to get better or fixed
YES!!!! This does appear to resolve the issue. Is it safe to move forward I don't want to risk losing all my $$ again? Hopefully the fix will not push us backwards again - am assuming they will address the Plats or are they gone for good?
I guess I could accept one major failure for Facebook accounts - but not the second one - Glu Admin I hope you are working on this and how will you fix this one? It's a real mess - very frustrating for those of us who did accept the 1000 gold and start over only to have the game crash again
